I'm not talking about my husband's coaching job; although at this point it time the title applies. I'm talking about this salsa:
At Christmas my Aunt Mary Ann made Pioneer Woman's restaurant style salsa . I could drink this stuff. Today I made it with one can if hot rotel and I threw in the seeds from both jalapeƱos. Like I said....not for the weak, but this is GOOD STUFF!
Ok, this is one thing that I totally disagree with PW. I make salsa all the time. We love it. It's easy and it's way cheaper than bottled. I am such a believer in using only fresh tomatoes. I use Romas. Next time you make it, use fresh and tell me if you can not tell a HUGE difference.

I used her recipe to make a batch last night. Although I didn't make it as spicy as you, it turned out great!

I love salsa too! I read the PW article and had no idea it had replaced ketchup as the #1 condiment in America!
