chalk up another W!

Last night Jenny, Cooper, and I went down to Pittsburg to watch them play Kiowa. They won, it was awesome! Just thought everyone should know. I have no idea how long it has been since Pittsburg has beat Kiowa (Kiowa-another small town, with a school, 3 miles away = rivalry!) So that puts Jeremy's season right now at 3-2! Which makes them already better then last year! I couldn't be prouder! I'm sure that's what Cooper thinks too as he's dying to run out on the floor and touch the panther during the game. He doesn't understand he can't do that yet. Next year, I'm sure he'll be sitting at the end of the bench, you can call him water boy!

P90X Update....

So remember that time when I was fully committed to P90X? I really do believe in the program and I thoroughly enjoyed my workouts. Well my 90 days are over, and there will be no after picture, this time around. Do you remember this post? Oh just let me sum it: Mostly about how I was going to work hard, do the doubles program for P90X and be nice and trim for my free cruise I was going on. Well, hahaha, you could say God, he's got a little sense of humor.
The week after I made that post there was this:

then 4 weeks later we saw this: (at 9 weeks)

Which brings me to today, I am almost 13 weeks along, everything is good, and the baby has a very strong heart beat at 175. Not going to lie, it took me a while to come to terms with this, at first I didn't believe it, then came the wonderful "morning sickness" which is oh so fun while you're basically a single parent, cooking and blogging everyday, working, you know the drill. Well, I've come to terms that between May 10 and May 14 we will have another baby. Needless to say, my motivation to work out has dwindled, and now I'm more limited to what I can do, therefore, I'll spend the rest of this one with Pre-Natal Yoga and my 1-2 mile little walk/jogs with Cooper. So, that's whats been going on at our house, besides basketball starting, still trying to get rid of this house. So you just thought I needed to move, now you really think I need to move! Oh and if you're wondering, we will be having this baby here, in the city, even if we do move. No need to try a c-section with another doc if I don't have to!

Careful Moments?

My mom just sent me this picture.....

I just want to remind her that this is what he was doing yesterday afternoon, right before I pulled him out of the pond by his feet because he may have been submerged, all while my brother was informing me that my phone was wet. After frantically stripping him down and giving him a warm bath, he obviously is the least bit disturbed that he fell, head first into the pond. (J-if you're reading this, I was right there, he wasn't even that close, and he is obviously fine.)

Oh if you're wondering, my phone is fine, it still works. However, that is easily replaced. And Mom, I'm very confident he will not fall in again, I mean at least today. Cause we all know, it's going to happen again.

Yeah for Moms!

My mom made the trek for the 2nd time this week to Pittsburg. Their locker room needed some color, so she painted for them. It's really looking great! Here is her finished product!

It's so nice to have an artistic mom. She said the kids that have seen it love it!

Jeremy's 1st Game

Monday night was Jeremy's first basketball game as a head coach! My parents, Cooper, Jenny, and I drove to Pittsburg to watch his game. They didn't start out great, but in the end they won so we were all excited! It was hard for Cooper to sit through the game, he just wanted his daddy. Unfortunately they stand at 1-1 right now, but I'm confident they'll get better and now Jeremy will be able to do some scouting of the other teams, so that should help some! We're just hoping they improve from last year, that'll make us happy.

Time Out

Cooper touching the Panther

First win family pic, and one tired baby!

Cooper's Halloween Night

Cooper was treated well while his loving parents ditched him on Halloween! Not much more to say, the pictures say enough!

I'm ready for candy!

He hit the jack box at this house, she gives out sacks of candy, I think there might have been a couple of puppets given just special for Cooper too!

What do I say? (Not that he says trick or treat)

Pretty sure Aunt Lynn hooked him up with more then 1 piece of candy

Well, I thought I knew that lady in the mask....apparently Mama Jo scared him with her classic Halloween mask!

Cooper and Jackson

We're at Mama Jo's, I know that she has toys here....

Indiana Jones, Starbucks Worker, and Monkey (this was actually the night before!)

Thanks for taking Cooper Trick or Treating, I'm, I mean he's really enjoying his candy.

Haunt the Zoo

So I wouldn't feel bad about not "trick-or-treating" with Cooper on Saturday Jenny and I took him on Friday to the Nightmare known as Haunt the Zoo. I never imagined it being this crowded, but I think overall he enjoyed running around after we got past the massive crowd at the beginning! Next time, we probably won't go on a Friday night!

Before the zoo, our little monkey!

In the crowded mess with Jenny

He acted like he was going to go right up to this gorilla or ape, until he actually saw it, then he ran away, we tried

Running in front of us, we had to hurry to catch up with him

Afterwards, that is one tired mama!

Happy Halloween!

Oh, sorry, were you thinking you'd see a costume? (He says, "ook em'")
We ditched Cooper on Halloween and had a great night in Stillwater!
(Can you believe this is the 1st Texas football game Jeremy has ever been to? Mine to, but that's not that surprising!)

View from our seats- not such a Nightmare for the Longhorns

And the man himself, after the game, I know not the best pic, but its Colt McCoy!
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, to my Mom and Dad for spoiling Cooper on Halloween and taking him Trick-or-Treating, while we enjoyed a nice dinner at Mexico Joe's and an even better game! Oh, did I mention that I got 1 uninterrupted night of sleep too, it was wonderful, and a long needed date night! Don't worry, there are plenty of pics of Cooper in his costime and I'll add them later, but seriously, the best Halloween Treat for us was watching those Horns beat those Cowboys, 41-14, Hook Em'! I'm sure that Cooper won't ever remember that we weren't there, he'd probably rather be with his Grandparents anyway.
